Enactus
Volunteer work
During my second year at university, I volunteered with Enactus Northumbria as their Ad Value/Marketing assistant. My job was to create promotional material and t-shirt and hoodie designs.

This was the main promotional poster used to recruit students to the society. They wanted me to include: both pictures they had sent, the Enactus logo, the Enactus tagline, information on what Enactus is, who it is for and what projects they do. I used a black background so it stood out against the yellow against the Enactus mission statement and carried this yellow over onto the text.

This was a design I put forward for the official Enactus Northumbria hoodie. They wanted a colourful version of the Enacus logo on the back. keeping in line with the geometry of the original shape.

The leader of the Soup Stories project wanted a flyer to give out to other students to encourage them to join the project. I used light and bright colours to get accross the charitable, friendly and approachable atmosphere that the project brings. I used the yellow circle shapes to highlight key information on the poster and to contrast on the blue background. I also created the faint triangle pattern behind it to give the poster some texture.

Enactus Northumbria threw an end-of-year bar crawl for the third year business students and to promote the society to business students in other years. I created the Richard Branson themed bar-crawl poster with a neon-light font and a bright border to make it stand out.

I also designed the bar crawl t-shirt which everyone bought to gain entry to the bar crawl. I carried the branding over by using the same neon font and taking the blue from the crosses on his eyes.
